Shipping Policy 🌿

Every piece is packed by hand with care — fragile specimens are wrapped to travel safely, and higher-value pieces ship insured and signature-required.

Processing time: orders ship within 3–5 business days.

Shipping: calculated at checkout based on weight. I currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking: every order ships with tracking, sent to you once it's on its way.

Address accuracy: please double-check your shipping address at checkout — I'm not able to cover packages lost or returned due to an incorrect address.

If something goes wrong in transit: if your piece arrives damaged, message me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and I'll make it right. (Because pieces are one of a kind, that means a refund.)
